Ceramics Felt wire ・ Cearmics fiber wire
The high insulation wire has lower moisture absorpotion at high temperatures and better flexibility in the way it is reworked. Beside, since it’s easy to cover various conductors, the wire is more applicable. The coating thickness of Ceramics Felt wire can reach up to 0.1㎜~0.6㎜.

The insulation of conductors is enhanced through the use of silica glass fiber,
Polyimide, mica for coating material. The best insulation can be achieved through the use of special processing methods in order to reduce the occurrence of material hardening under high temperature.

Glass fibers wire
The Polyimide and Mica, which are processed in a way to reduce material hardening under high temperatures, are chosen to coat the high conductors for their good insulation capabilities. These exterior sheaths made through special procedures / process can meet the strict requirements of the clean room.
